Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By buying lessons or a course from Hebrew From Zero, you agree to the terms below.

All sales are final

Because our lessons are delivered live by a real teacher and our courses give you immediate, full digital access the moment you buy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to both live lesson packages and self-paced courses.

Start with a trial lesson

Every student starts with a single trial lesson: one full 50-minute lesson, one to one, with no subscription and nothing that renews. It is a real lesson, not a sales call, and it exists so you can find out what learning with us is actually like before committing to a package. Like our other lessons, it is delivered live by a teacher and is non-refundable once it has taken place.

Cancelling or rescheduling a lesson

Lessons are booked out of your credit balance. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson starts and the credit goes straight back to your balance for you to use another time. Inside 24 hours the credit is used, because your teacher has held that slot and turned other bookings away. The same rule applies to a no-show, and it applies however the cancellation comes about, including when you decide to move to a different teacher. If a teacher has to cancel on you, you always get the credit back.

Credits do not expire.
